History:
 _{Cecil was born in Cherbourg, France to a very daft man and ill-fated women. On his second birthday his mother passed away do to an incurable illness. His father tried to take care of him but by his fourth birthday he was shipped away when his father walked in on him talking very animatedly with no one in particular. When asked who it was he was speaking to, the little boy said he was talking to Mommy and asked why Daddy would ask such a silly question.
He ended up in Wales, and was somehow transported all the way in-land to Brecon. There he stayed in an orphanage until he was ten. Over time he became more in-tune with his gift of speaking to the dead. Not only did his mothers spirit follow him from his birth home but he also found other trapped spirits within the children's orphanage. And while it was natural for some to have such powers, it was apparently freakish of him to be so open about his ability.
By his tenth birthday, he was adopted out to a very wealthy family who cared not about the orphanages opinions on the boy. They were very delighted to find that their accusations were very true. His new parents were very open and accepting folks and his Father was even a very skilled user, specializing in the dark arts while his wife was prone to the light. They were very compatible and were delighted to know of Cecil's ability to speak to the dead.
As he grew older his father taught him little by little about the different areas of Dark magics, assuring the boy that it was not as horrible and evil as others always made it out to be. And on his eighteenth birthday he applied to attend the very prestigious university Arcanum Universum.}

Additional Info: Cecil is very quiet around large crowds of people, but can usually be found talking to himself about different things. He's studious and wishes to do his best in everything he does. He becomes severely stressed out if he worries even the slightest about the possibility of failing a subject. He typically likes to have his nose in a book, be it a novel or spiral bound. A pen can be found permanently attached to his hand. Once you get to know him though, he's very loving and friendly and only wants to see those he cares for happy.

_{Cecil was sitting at one of the many tables in the campus library, the sun filtering through a near-by window and flooding his table with natural light. In front of him were a small variety of ritual books on the dark arts. His attention was hooked as he eagerly scribbled out notes and doodled symbols in his well used notebook that seemed to be falling apart.
He was nearly startled when his phone went off, his hands instantly encasing the device and silencing it quickly. He quietly cursed to himself for forgetting to turn it off as he whimpered apologizes to his fellow students who appeared to have been bothered by the disturbance. After he went about about turning his phone on silent he checked to see what the noises had been about, and smiled at the short text he had received from his mother. His only response was to take a picture of the work he was doing and sending it off with a heart emoticon.}
